Ferrari drops wickedly sneaky cigarette advertising from its race cars

In 2007, the EU has banned cigarette ads on F1. Marlboro has found a smart and genius way to keep advertising for his sponsor Ferrari. The brand designers were sneaking cigarette ads on the car by utilizing an abstract bar code. They were convinced, that the brand is this recognizable that consumers can be reminded of the product without even seeing it. Ferrari too was absolutely interested to find a clever work-around of the law. Here the example of the clever circumvention of the law.
